"We asked Rlene Steffy to
join our roster of local talk show hosts because we knew she wasn’t shy about sharing
her views with the island. She had written a weekly article for the newspaper for several
years, so she was already well known. Rlene is an intelligent, insightful Chamorro woman
with a wide-ranging curiosity about what’s going on on Guam. We knew she would
complement our local talk programming and appeal to both our listeners and our 
advertisers. We recently expanded the show from two days a week to daily, Monday-Friday,
