When we started publishing this site in 1998, Tara just
graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Double Major
- English Literature / Mass Communication. She received a Magna Cum Laude • Phi Beta Kappa
distinction for her efforts. In March of this year she
started working in the marketing department at the Bank of
Guam. Tara married Paulus
Packbier on August 19, 2000 and their first child
Madison was born on November 24, 2001.
