Lanchon Lily Roof View: From the roof of Lanchon Lily you can see solar panels and the Philippine Sea directly behind the ranch to its north. The second floor of the structure is a two bedroom, one bath unit, with a small kitchen and living area with a porch facing the ocean. Gutierrez was indicted on December 30, 2003, by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury on charges he used government of Guam materials valued over $64,000 to build the ranch.
The property boarders the Fish and Wildlife refuge at Ritidian to the west. To the east of Lanchon Lily is the Ritidian Fish & Wildlife Refuge and to the west is Urunao Beach. Many Artero families have built their Lancho (ranch) along the beach. To the south of Lanchon Lily is the limestone cliff line that runs parallel to the strip of beach. The Gutierrez family bought the property from Pedro Artero.
